History
In 1981, the first Time/system Day Planner was designed, produced and sold in Europe. By 1983, the planner was brought to North America. During the 80's, Time/system developed the Focus Management training program for the planner and more recently updated that program for Outlook, Notes and PDA users. The A5 paper size and 6-hole configuration are ISO standard and is compatible with Filofax®.
The system has been sold to more than 1 million users in 20 countries and in 10 languages.
From the outset, the design of the planner was based on the best time management pratices of the day. And it remains so. Our Focus Learning Group provides public and corporate training seminars throughout North America.
Design Recognition
The planner has been made part of the permanent collection of the Smithsonian Cooper-Hewitt National Design Museum. And was awarded the prestigious iF Award for outstanding design and functionality in Europe.
Real Results
Designed based upon today’s best time management practices, users of our planner were found to increase their productivity by 18.4% while decreasing stress by 13% according to a 1996 study conducted by the University of Munich on our system.
