1. Prioritize your task by 123. After listing your tasks prioritize them by checking the boxes 123 depending on the importance of the task.
2. Time schedule. Define a realistic deadline for the task. Try to find implementation time to do the task before the deadline.
3. Delegate. If you delegate the task write "D" or check the box in column D after you have transferred the task to the relevant person.
4. Follow up. Check the box in column OK after the task is done. Follow up regularly that there are not any old tasks left without OK. Start working with the tasks marked with the highest priority.
